Since 2020, San Diego Fish Processing has served San Diego's sport fishing community with a convienant option for fish pickup and delivery for processing. With over 31 years experience with the sport fishing fleet and 14 years of processing knowledge, we have become trusted for our attention to quality, care and responsiveness. In 2024, we expanded our operations to our 7,000 Sq. Ft. climate controlled fish processing facility to ensure your catch remains as fresh as possible.
