Fish Processing

San Diego Fish Processing will pickup, process and vacuum package your catch at our nearby climate controlled facility. We use high quality packaging and labeling to ensure the quality and freshness of your catch. Processing is mostly available same day! In very limited circumstances, processed fish will be available next day (times of high demand). Our yield rates match or exceed industry standards ensuring you get the most return from each fish processed. We are licensed and inspected by the City of San Diego and the State of California (Dealer ID# 86459) to provide peace of mind to our customers that every package they receive from us was packaged with care, conforming to quality and sanitation requirements and regulations.

We perform FREE pickups at the various San Diego / Mission Bay public landings and marinas. Anglers on sport fishing boats arriving at one of the major sport fishing landings will have to bring your catch to our facility.

To arrange processing simply give us a call at (619) 381-5206. We are available during the day and evenings. Our team will arrive at your location to weigh, tag and ice down your fish before transporting it to our processing facility. We tag each fish to ensure that the fish you provided to us is the same fish you receive back. After your fish is processed and packaged, we will contact you to arrange pick-up. We offer free flake ice with each pickup ensuring your catch will remain fresh until it reaches your home.
